目的：探讨针对心绞痛型冠心病患者，观察选择血栓通注射液完成辅助治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年12月~2014年12月心绞痛型冠心病患者132例。通过随机数表法完成冠心病患者的随机分组。C2组（对照组66例）院临床选择常规药物治疗的方法；C1组（观察组66例）院临床选择常规药物+血栓通注射液进行治疗；对比两组心绞痛型冠心病患者在临床治疗总有效率方面表现出的差异。结果两组心绞痛型冠心病患者完成治疗后，在临床治疗总有效率方面，C1组明显高于C2组冠心病患者（<0.05）。结论针对心绞痛型冠心病患者，临床选择常规药物治疗后，选择血栓通注射液进行辅助治疗，最终获得显著效果。
목적：탐토침대심교통형관심병환자，관찰선택혈전통주사액완성보조치료후획득적림상효과。방법선취아원2012년12월~2014년12월심교통형관심병환자132례。통과수궤수표법완성관심병환자적수궤분조。C2조（대조조66례）원림상선택상규약물치료적방법；C1조（관찰조66례）원림상선택상규약물+혈전통주사액진행치료；대비량조심교통형관심병환자재림상치료총유효솔방면표현출적차이。결과량조심교통형관심병환자완성치료후，재림상치료총유효솔방면，C1조명현고우C2조관심병환자（<0.05）。결론침대심교통형관심병환자，림상선택상규약물치료후，선택혈전통주사액진행보조치료，최종획득현저효과。
Objective To study the type for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients,observe thrombus tong injection is complete adjuvant treatment after clinical ef ect.Methods Selected from December 2012~December 2014 132 cases of type angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients.Through the stochastic indicator method complete randomized patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).C2 group (the control group,66 cases):clinical choose the method of conventional drug treatment;C1 (observation group 66 cases):clinical choose conventional drug treatment+thrombosis through injection;Compared two groups of clinical total ef ective rate in patients with type angina pectoris of coronary heart disease showed dif erences.Results Two groups of type angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients after treatment,the clinical total ef ective rate,C1 group is significantly higher than C2 group coronary heart disease (CHD)patients ( <0.05).Conclusion According to the type angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients,clinical choice after the routine therapy,select blood clots injection for auxiliary treatment,final y obtain significant ef ect.
