目的观察新型超脉冲CO2点阵激光用于皮肤除皱手术的效果及并发症情况。方法选取43例皮肤皱纹患者，包括额部皱纹、鱼尾纹、下睑皱纹及面颊部皱纹行超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗，取得了良好的除皱效果。结果术后3个月有16.2%患者出现色素沉着，6个月左右可逐渐消失，未出现顽固性色素沉着的病例。结论表明新型超脉冲CO2点阵激光对于皮肤除皱手术的效果可靠，与传统方法相比有更多的优点，但色素沉着问题需引起足够重视。
목적관찰신형초맥충CO2점진격광용우피부제추수술적효과급병발증정황。방법선취43례피부추문환자，포괄액부추문、어미문、하검추문급면협부추문행초맥충CO2점진격광치료，취득료량호적제추효과。결과술후3개월유16.2%환자출현색소침착，6개월좌우가축점소실，미출현완고성색소침착적병례。결론표명신형초맥충CO2점진격광대우피부제추수술적효과가고，여전통방법상비유경다적우점，단색소침착문제수인기족구중시。
Objective To observe the ef ects of the new super pulse CO2 laser for matrix ef ects and complications of skin lifting operation. Methods 43 cases of patients with skin wrinkles, including forehead wrinkles, crow's feet, lower eyelid and cheek wrinkles wrinkle ultra pulsed CO2 laser treatment, and achieved good ef ect. Results After 3 months, 16.2% of patients had pigmentation, can disappear gradual y for about half a year, no cases of refractory pigmentation. Conclusion The results indicate that the new super pulse CO2 laser for skin wrinkles the ef ect of operation and reliable, has more advantages compared with the traditional method, but the pigmentation problems need to cause enough at ention.
