目的：比较腹腔镜与开放手术在儿童腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术中的疗效及优缺点。方法：256例儿童腹股沟斜疝实施疝囊高位结扎术治疗，其中行腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术161例（腹腔镜组），传统的开放切开手术95例（开放组）。结果：腹腔镜组较传统组手术时间短，住院时间短，住院费用少，恢复时间短。结论：腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术与开放术式相比，具有手术创伤小、住院时间短、无切口瘢痕、操作简单、安全、疗效可靠，可同时发现及处理隐性内环口未闭等优点。
목적：비교복강경여개방수술재인동복고구사산산낭고위결찰술중적료효급우결점。방법：256례인동복고구사산실시산낭고위결찰술치료，기중행복강경하산낭고위결찰술161례（복강경조），전통적개방절개수술95례（개방조）。결과：복강경조교전통조수술시간단，주원시간단，주원비용소，회복시간단。결론：복강경산낭고위결찰술여개방술식상비，구유수술창상소、주원시간단、무절구반흔、조작간단、안전、료효가고，가동시발현급처리은성내배구미폐등우점。
Objective:o study the efficacy of laparoscopic and open surgery on children with indirect inguinal hernia and its advantages and disadvantages.Methods:High ligation of the hernial sac was performed in 256 children with indirect inguinal hernia, 161 of whom were treated un-der laparoscopy ( the laparoscopic group ) and 95 of whom were treated with the conventional open abdominal operation ( the conventional group) . Result:The time for operation and recovery and the duration of hospitalization of the laparoscopic group were shorter than those of the conventional group; the hospitalization expenses of the laparoscopic group were less than those of the conventional group .Conclusion:The time for operation and recovery and the duration of hospitalization of the laparoscopic group were shorter than those of the conventional group;the hospitalization expenses of the laparoscopic group were less than those of the conventional group .
