运用同时掺加机制砂和高性能减水剂的“双掺法”制备了不同强度等级的沙漠砂混凝土,分析了高性能减水剂对沙漠砂混凝土性能的影响及不同强度等级下采用双掺法配制的沙漠砂混凝土与普通中砂混凝土坍落度及强度等性能上的区别。结果表明,高性能减水剂不仅能改善沙漠砂混凝土的和易性,且具有早强效果,并对最终强度的提高有一定帮助。双掺法制备的沙漠砂混凝土与同配合比的普通中砂混凝土相比,坍落度相差不大,在强度方面当所配混凝土强度等级较低时,二者的抗压强度相近;随着混凝土强度等级的提高,沙漠砂混凝土的抗压强度逐渐低于普通中砂混凝土。此外,与按照常规方法制备的沙漠砂混凝土相比,双掺法制备的沙漠砂混凝土的坍落度有很大提高。
運用同時摻加機製砂和高性能減水劑的“雙摻法”製備瞭不同彊度等級的沙漠砂混凝土,分析瞭高性能減水劑對沙漠砂混凝土性能的影響及不同彊度等級下採用雙摻法配製的沙漠砂混凝土與普通中砂混凝土坍落度及彊度等性能上的區彆。結果錶明,高性能減水劑不僅能改善沙漠砂混凝土的和易性,且具有早彊效果,併對最終彊度的提高有一定幫助。雙摻法製備的沙漠砂混凝土與同配閤比的普通中砂混凝土相比,坍落度相差不大,在彊度方麵噹所配混凝土彊度等級較低時,二者的抗壓彊度相近;隨著混凝土彊度等級的提高,沙漠砂混凝土的抗壓彊度逐漸低于普通中砂混凝土。此外,與按照常規方法製備的沙漠砂混凝土相比,雙摻法製備的沙漠砂混凝土的坍落度有很大提高。

The test has made different strength grade concrete by using the double-admixing method, which is“mixed with high performance water-reducer, mixed with artificial sand“. The effect of high performance water-reducer on the desert sand concrete is analyzed. The differences in slump and strength of the desert sand concrete made by using the double mixed method and the ordinary concrete at different strength grade are researched. The results show that the high performance water-reducer not only improves the workability of desert sand concrete, but also has the effect of early strength, and even does some good to the improvement of ultimate strength. Compared with the desert sand concrete made by using the double-admixing method and the ordinary medium sand concrete, the slump is closed, and compressive strength of the desert sand concrete and ordinary medium sand concrete is very close when the strength grade of concrete isn’t high. As the concrete strength increasing, the compressive strength of the desert sand concrete is lower than that of the ordinary medium sand concrete gradually. Compared with the desert sand concrete made with desert sand made by conventional method, the slump of the desert sand concrete made by using the double-admixing method is obviously im-proved.
