    The paper introduced the design principle ,specific composition and installation method of safety pedestrian pas-sage of air return inclined shaft in Xuemiaotan Coal Mine .The design can achieve maximization of mine safety and econom-ic benefit in the full use of existing facilities and provide a new design method of safety pedestrian passage of inclined shaft in resource integration mine or reconstruction mine .
