目的：观察血府逐瘀汤联合LED红光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：106例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为两组，治疗组53例应用血府逐瘀汤联合LED红光照射治疗，对照组53例应用双氯芬酸钠，甲钴胺，维生素B1联合LED 红光照射，比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale，VAS)。结果：血府逐瘀汤联合LED红光治疗后VAS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，且无一例因不良反应退出治疗组。结论：血府逐瘀汤联合LED红光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛具有良好疗效。
목적：관찰혈부축어탕연합LED홍광치료대상포진후유신경통적림상료효。방법：106례대상포진후유신경통환자수궤분위량조，치료조53례응용혈부축어탕연합LED홍광조사치료，대조조53례응용쌍록분산납，갑고알，유생소B1연합LED 홍광조사，비교량조치료전후시각모의평분(visual analogue scale，VAS)。결과：혈부축어탕연합LED홍광치료후VAS명현저우대조조(P<0.05)，차무일례인불량반응퇴출치료조。결론：혈부축어탕연합LED홍광치료대상포진후유신경통구유량호료효。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine recipe combined red light-emitting diode(LED) treated for Postherpetic Neuralgia(PHN). Methods 106 PHN cases were randomly divided into Treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine recipe combined red LED) and Control group(general treatment combined red LED). Compared the visual analogue scale(VAS) between the two groups. Result The VAS of treatment group was lower than the VAS in control group(P<0.05), and no case withdrew from treatment group because of the side effect. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine recipe combined red LED has good effecacy in PHN.
