探讨了粒化高炉矿渣代砂混凝土的冻融性能。通过冻融循环试验,用质量损失率及抗压强度来表征粒化高炉矿渣代砂混凝土的抗冻性,探索粒化高炉矿渣代替天然砂作为混凝土细骨料的可行性。试验结果表明,粒化高炉矿渣混凝土的冻融特性与普通河砂混凝土相似;在相同冻融循环作用下,粒化高炉矿渣混凝土抗压强度下降幅度较普通混凝土低,即粒化高炉矿渣混凝土的抗冻性优于普通混凝土。同时,对冻融循环作用后混凝土自愈性能做了试验,结果表明经过适当养护,粒化高炉矿渣混凝土与普通混凝土的抗压强度均能提高,具有一定的“自愈”能力。

The frost resistance performance of granulated blast furnace slag fine aggregate concrete is discussed. By the freeze-thaw cycle experiment, the frost resistance performance of the granulated blast furnace slag concrete is evaluat-ed by the quality loss rate and the compressive strength, and it is feasible that the granulated blast furnace slag replacing natural sand as fine aggregate in concrete is explored. By the test result, the frost resistance performance of granulated blast furnace slag concrete is similar to ordinary concrete. In the same freezing and thawing cycle condition, the compres-sive strength of granulated blast furnace slag concrete reduces more slowly than the ordinary concrete, in another word, the frost resistance performance of granulated blast furnace slag concrete is better than ordinary concrete. Moreover, the self-healing properties of granulated blast furnace slag concrete is discussed, as experimental results, the compressive strength of granulated blast furnace slag concrete and ordinary concrete can be improved when concrete is cured in suitable condi-tion, namely the concrete has a certain"self-healing"ability.
