为了研究银叶金合欢种子的播种前处理方法,促进其种子萌发,采用不同温度的热水和浸种时间以及不同体积分数的浓硫酸和浸种时间对银叶金合欢种子进行浸种处理。结果显示,100℃热水处理24 h和98%硫酸处理20 min对于破坏银叶金合欢种子种皮、提高其发芽率均有很好的促进作用,2种处理方式的种子发芽率分别为83.33%和86.67%。其中热水处理硬实种子较多,而硫酸处理的种子腐烂率相对较高。
為瞭研究銀葉金閤歡種子的播種前處理方法,促進其種子萌髮,採用不同溫度的熱水和浸種時間以及不同體積分數的濃硫痠和浸種時間對銀葉金閤歡種子進行浸種處理。結果顯示,100℃熱水處理24 h和98%硫痠處理20 min對于破壞銀葉金閤歡種子種皮、提高其髮芽率均有很好的促進作用,2種處理方式的種子髮芽率分彆為83.33%和86.67%。其中熱水處理硬實種子較多,而硫痠處理的種子腐爛率相對較高。
위료연구은협금합환충자적파충전처리방법,촉진기충자맹발,채용불동온도적열수화침충시간이급불동체적분수적농류산화침충시간대은협금합환충자진행침충처리。결과현시,100℃열수처리24 h화98%류산처리20 min대우파배은협금합환충자충피、제고기발아솔균유흔호적촉진작용,2충처리방식적충자발아솔분별위83.33%화86.67%。기중열수처리경실충자교다,이류산처리적충자부란솔상대교고。
In order to promote the seed germination of Acacia podalyriifolia, the A. podalyriifolia seeds were treated by hot water with different temperature and time, and by sulfuric acid with different concentration and time,so as to select the good pretreatment method. The results showed that they were good for destroying A. podalyriifolia seed coat and improving the germination rate by 100 ℃ hot water treating for 24 h and 98% sulfuric acid treating for 20 min,the seed germination rate were 83. 33% and 86. 67% respectively. The number of hard seed was more in treatment of hot water,and the decay rate was relatively higher in treatment of sulfuric acid.
