该综述通过对现今毛发移植技术相关文献进行总结为临床使用提供借鉴。主要通过文献查阅总结分析，对现今伴随着人类科学技术水平的不断发展而进一步发展的毛发移植新技术或层出不穷的设备进行研究总结。毛发移植手术的基础研究等已经成熟到了分子以及基因水平，但是毛囊干细胞研究以及毛囊的体外培养等技术成功用于临床的案例还极少。毛发移植技术手段多样化，而毛发组织工程学的技术瓶颈的突破有望使得毛发移植技术在临床应用，对这个毛发移植整形行业都有着极为重大的意义。

Through literature on the current hair transplant technology were summarized to provide reference for clinical use. Through literature search analysis, along with the continuous development of the current level of human science and technology and further development of the new technology emerge in an endless stream of hair transplantation or equipment to carry on the research summary. Hair transplantation operation based research has matured to the molecular and gene level, but the hair follicle stem cell research and hair follicle culture in vitro technique successfully used in clinical cases are rarely. Diversification of means of hair transplantation, hair tissue engineering and technical bottleneck breakthrough is expected to make the hair transplant technology in clinical application, the hair transplant surgery industry has great significance.
