目的：分析螺旋CT与X线平片诊断矽肺的利弊。方法选100矽肺病例，对比螺旋CT及X线胸片影像指标，对比分析。结果螺旋CT可监测出X线捕捉不到的肺部变化。X线对肺部小阴影检测优于螺旋CT；但对圆形小阴影检测率低于螺旋CT。X线、螺旋CT检出斑片条、小阴影区域、出现钙化3项，结果相近，其他检出指标CT均优于X线。结论螺旋CT在矽肺的早期检测中，较传统X线有更强的灵敏度。

목적：분석라선CT여X선평편진단석폐적리폐。방법선100석폐병례，대비라선CT급X선흉편영상지표，대비분석。결과라선CT가감측출X선포착불도적폐부변화。X선대폐부소음영검측우우라선CT；단대원형소음영검측솔저우라선CT。X선、라선CT검출반편조、소음영구역、출현개화3항，결과상근，기타검출지표CT균우우X선。결론라선CT재석폐적조기검측중，교전통X선유경강적령민도。
Objective To analyze the spiral CT and X-ray diagnosis of silicosis pros. Methods 100 patients with silicosis, contrast spiral CT and X-ray imaging indicators analyzed. Results Spiral CT can monitor changes in the lung X-ray capture invisible. x-ray shadow detection of small lung than spiral CT;but small circular shadow detection rate of less than spiral CT. x-ray, the spiral CT detected plaques bar, a small shaded area, calcification 3, the results are similar, other detection indicators are better than the X-ray CT. Conclusion Spiral CT in the early detection of silicosis, stronger than traditional X-ray sensitivity.
