目的：：观察参附注射液在成人脓毒症休克早期复苏阶段的治疗效果。方法：将80例脓毒症休克患者随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组给予目前脓毒症休克标准治疗：早期目标液体复苏、泵入血管活性药物升压、清除或控制感染源及保护重要器官功能等综合治疗。实验组在对照组的基础上加用参附注射液静脉滴注。观察所有患者入组时及24小时后均记录平均动脉压、心率、24小时血乳酸清除率变化。结果：实验组患者24小时后平均动脉压、心率、血乳酸清除率较对照组明显改善。结论：参附注射液在脓毒症休克早期复苏阶段效果明显。
목적：：관찰삼부주사액재성인농독증휴극조기복소계단적치료효과。방법：장80례농독증휴극환자수궤분위대조조화실험조，대조조급여목전농독증휴극표준치료：조기목표액체복소、빙입혈관활성약물승압、청제혹공제감염원급보호중요기관공능등종합치료。실험조재대조조적기출상가용삼부주사액정맥적주。관찰소유환자입조시급24소시후균기록평균동맥압、심솔、24소시혈유산청제솔변화。결과：실험조환자24소시후평균동맥압、심솔、혈유산청제솔교대조조명현개선。결론：삼부주사액재농독증휴극조기복소계단효과명현。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenfu injection treatment in adults with sepsis shock of the early recovery phase. Methods:80 patients with septic shock patients were randomly divided into a control group and the experimental group. The control group received standard treatment currently septic shock: an early goal of fluid resuscitation, pump into vasoactive drugs boost, remove or control the source of infection and protect vital organs and other comprehensive treatment. The experimental group were treated with standard treatment plus infusion of Shenfu . Observed in all patients enrolled and were recorded 24 hours after the mean arterial pressure, heart rate, 24 hours of blood lactate clearance rate of change. Results: The patients in the experimental group after 24 hours of heart rate and mean arterial pressure compared with the control group, blood lactate clearance rate was significantly improved. Conclusion: infusion of Shenfu play significant effect in the early recovery phase of septic shock.
