目的：探讨TNF-a、IL-18在原发性肝癌患者中的表达及意义。方法收集本院原发性肝癌患者、肝硬化患者及健康患者血清标本，所有受试者清晨空腹采集静脉血5ml，集中测定TNF-a、IL-18的含量。结果肝癌患者血清TNF-a，IL-18水平与正常对照组比较，均有显著差别（<0.05），肝硬化患者血清TNF-a，IL-18水平与正常对照组比较，两者均无显著差别。结论 TNF-a、IL-18可作为原发性肝癌的诊断指标。

목적：탐토TNF-a、IL-18재원발성간암환자중적표체급의의。방법수집본원원발성간암환자、간경화환자급건강환자혈청표본，소유수시자청신공복채집정맥혈5ml，집중측정TNF-a、IL-18적함량。결과간암환자혈청TNF-a，IL-18수평여정상대조조비교，균유현저차별（<0.05），간경화환자혈청TNF-a，IL-18수평여정상대조조비교，량자균무현저차별。결론 TNF-a、IL-18가작위원발성간암적진단지표。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of TNF-a,IL-18 in patients with primary hepatocel ular carcinoma.Methods We col ected serum samples of primary hepatocel ular carcinoma patients,liver cir hosis patients and healthy patients,col ected venous blood 5ml of al subjects in the morning,then determinated the TNF-a and IL-18 concentration.Results The TNF-a and IL-18 levels in patients with liver cancer compared with the normal control group had significant dif erence ( <0.05),the TNF-a and IL-18 levels of liver cirrhosis group compared with the normal control group,there was no significant dif erence between the two.Conclusion TNF-a,IL-18 can be used as index of diagnosis of primary hepatocel ular carcinoma.
