采用锗纤维纱线编织纬平针、1+1罗纹、单鱼鳞、罗纹半空气层、罗纹空气层5种组织结构的针织物,分别测试它们的保温性、透湿性、透气性、顶破强力、远红外发射等服用性能。应用模糊数学评判法对测试结果进行综合评价,结果表明,纬平针组织针织物的服用性能最好,接着依次为1+1罗纹、单鱼鳞和罗纹空气层组织针织物,而罗纹半空气层组织针织物的服用性能最差。与纯棉、棉/黏胶混纺面料相比较,锗纤维针织面料还能够释放远红外线,具有一定的功能保健性。
採用鍺纖維紗線編織緯平針、1+1囉紋、單魚鱗、囉紋半空氣層、囉紋空氣層5種組織結構的針織物,分彆測試它們的保溫性、透濕性、透氣性、頂破彊力、遠紅外髮射等服用性能。應用模糊數學評判法對測試結果進行綜閤評價,結果錶明,緯平針組織針織物的服用性能最好,接著依次為1+1囉紋、單魚鱗和囉紋空氣層組織針織物,而囉紋半空氣層組織針織物的服用性能最差。與純棉、棉/黏膠混紡麵料相比較,鍺纖維針織麵料還能夠釋放遠紅外線,具有一定的功能保健性。

The germanium fiber yarn was used to develop five kinds of knitted fabrics, such as plain stitch, 1+1 rib, half-cardigan, half-milano rib and milano rib.Meanwhile, their heat retaining, water vapor per-meability, air permeability, bursting strength and far-infrared ray properties were tested.Apart from this, the comprehensive evaluation was made by fuzzy mathematics method.The results show that the plain stitch has the most excellent wearability, the 1+1 rib comes second, the half cardigan and milano ribs are generally and the half-milano rib stitch is the worst compared with the others.The germanium fiber knitted fabric also has a better ability of far infrared emission in comparison with the cotton fabrics and the cotton/viscose blends,which is beneficial to humans.
