采用转移法制作回归反射织物,研究影响回归反射织物逆反射系数的主要因素,讨论玻璃微珠的折射率和直径、转移胶和反射层的厚度、铝粉加入量对回归反射织物逆反射系数的影响。结果表明:玻璃微珠的折射率对回归反射织物逆反射系数的影响最大,当玻璃微珠的折射率为B时,能较好地满足0.2°和1°观测角对逆反射系数的要求;随玻璃微珠直径的增大,0.2°角的逆反射系数增大,1°角的逆反射系数先减小后增大;转移胶的厚度以玻璃微珠半径为宜;反射层厚度很薄时逆反射系数较小,达到一定厚度后对逆反射系数的影响较小;转移胶中的铝粉用量对逆反射系数的影响较小。

The retro-reflective fabric was produced by transfer method and the factors, affecting the retro-reflection coefficient of retro-reflective fabric, have been studied.Besides, the influence of the diameter of micro-glass beads, thickness of transfer adhesive and reflective layer and the content of aluminum powder on reflective fabric were also discussed.Results show that the coefficient of retro-reflection is greatly influenced by refractive index of micro-glass beads, when the refractive index of micro-glass beads is B, retro-reflection coefficient requirements of observation angle 0.2°and 1°are basically met.Along with the diameter of micro-glass beads increases, the retro-reflection coefficient of 0.2°increases, while the retro-reflection coefficient of 1°increases first and then decreases.When the thickness of transfer adhesive equals to the radius of micro-glass beads, the retro-reflective fabric has excellent performance.When the thickness of reflective layer is very thin, the retro-reflection coefficient is smaller, when a certain thickness is reached, it has little influence on the retro-reflection coefficient.The content of aluminum powder in transfer adhesive has slight influence on the retro-reflection coefficient of retro-reflective fabric.
