目的分析胃肠道肿瘤患者肿瘤复发相关因子PGE2、IL-2影响因素。方法选择胃肠癌根治手术患者25例，分别于术前、术后1d、术后7d抽取静脉血，用酶联免疫技术测定血清中PGE2、IL-2的水平，分析性别、肿瘤体积大小、围手术期输血与肿瘤复发相关因子PGE2、IL-2的关系。结果单因素及多因素分析显示，性别、肿瘤体积大小、围手术期输血对胃肠肿瘤患者体内肿瘤复发相关因子PGE2、IL-2水平无明显影响(>0.05)。结论胃肠道肿瘤患者肿瘤复发相关因子PGE2、IL-2与患者肿瘤大小、围手术期输血量、性别无明显相关性。
목적분석위장도종류환자종류복발상관인자PGE2、IL-2영향인소。방법선택위장암근치수술환자25례，분별우술전、술후1d、술후7d추취정맥혈，용매련면역기술측정혈청중PGE2、IL-2적수평，분석성별、종류체적대소、위수술기수혈여종류복발상관인자PGE2、IL-2적관계。결과단인소급다인소분석현시，성별、종류체적대소、위수술기수혈대위장종류환자체내종류복발상관인자PGE2、IL-2수평무명현영향(>0.05)。결론위장도종류환자종류복발상관인자PGE2、IL-2여환자종류대소、위수술기수혈량、성별무명현상관성。
Objective Analysis of the ef ective factors of PGE2,IL-2 related with the gastrointestinal cancer recur ence of the patients.Methods Analysis the ef ective factors of PGE2,IL-2 related with the gastrointestinal cancer recur ence of the patients.Choose 25 patients who have already received the radical operation of the gastric cancer.Take the venous blood before the operation,in the post-operation day and after seven days since the operation has done respectively.The PGE2,IL-2 level in the serum was determined with Elise technique.The Analysis of the relationship between gender, tumor size peri operation period of blood transfusion and the related factors PGE2, IL-2 of tumor recurrence.Results The results of single factor and multiple factors analysis shows,gender,tumor size, peri operation period of blood transfusion have no significant ef ect on the level of factors PGE2,IL-2 related with gastrointestinal tumor recur ence of tumor patients ( <0.05).Conclusion There is no obvious cor elation between the related factors PGE2,IL-2 of gastrointestinal tumor recur ence.
