实现对全院环节病历即时、全面、高效的质量控制，达到提高整体质量管理水平。针对病历形式质量的自动化核查、预警与管理功能进行了进一步的开发，并最终形成了一套全面、及时、有效的病历质量自动化管控系统。建立了病历质量独立审计与管理控制体系，依托信息系统实现了质量管理核心制度的落实。

Objective Implement the management by dif erent levels of antibiotics in No.1 Military Medical Project without source program. Methods Through the tools of oracle database trigger, to control the writing of orders on doctor workstation, depending on the doctor competence, given dif erent permissions to write. Results This methods can ef ectively realize management by dif erent levels of antibacterials. Conclusion This method is simple, strong promotion and adaptability is strong, is the ef ective method for majority of hospitals performing management by dif erent levels of antibacterials prescribed by ministry of health.
