目的:探讨低管电压、低浓度碘对比剂(双低)在头颈 CT 血管造影(CTA)检查中的应用效果。方法选取60例行头颈 CTA 检查的健康志愿者作为研究对象,并随机分为双低组和常规组,每组30例,双低组采用低管电压、低浓度碘对比剂头颈 CTA 检查,常规组实施常规 CTA 检查,比较两组受检者的图像质量、CT 值等级、辐射剂量等。结果双低组不同兴趣区(ROI)的 CT 值与常规组差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);双低组在右大脑中动脉、左大脑中动脉中的图像质量评分稍低于常规组(P <0.05);在其他 ROI 中,两组的图像质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);两组图像质量的主观评分结果差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);双低组的体型特异性剂量估计值、剂量长度乘积值均显著低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论使用低管电压、低浓度对比剂进行头颈 CTA 检查,能够在不影响图像质量的基础上降低对比剂用量、减少辐射剂量,具有重要的推广应用价值。

목적:탐토저관전압、저농도전대비제(쌍저)재두경 CT 혈관조영(CTA)검사중적응용효과。방법선취60례행두경 CTA 검사적건강지원자작위연구대상,병수궤분위쌍저조화상규조,매조30례,쌍저조채용저관전압、저농도전대비제두경 CTA 검사,상규조실시상규 CTA 검사,비교량조수검자적도상질량、CT 치등급、복사제량등。결과쌍저조불동흥취구(ROI)적 CT 치여상규조차이무통계학의의(P >0.05);쌍저조재우대뇌중동맥、좌대뇌중동맥중적도상질량평분초저우상규조(P <0.05);재기타 ROI 중,량조적도상질량평분비교,차이무통계학의의(P >0.05);량조도상질량적주관평분결과차이무통계학의의(P >0.05);쌍저조적체형특이성제량고계치、제량장도승적치균현저저우상규조(P <0.05)。결론사용저관전압、저농도대비제진행두경 CTA 검사,능구재불영향도상질량적기출상강저대비제용량、감소복사제량,구유중요적추엄응용개치。
Objective To investigate the low tube voltag, low concentrations of iodine contrast agent (double low) application results in the head-neck CT angiography (CTA) examination. Methods Sixty volunteers, selected as research objects to receive CTA, were randomly divided into a double-low test group and a conventional test group, with 30 volunteers in each group. For the double-low test group, the head-neck CTA examination was conducted by means of lower tube voltage and lower-concentration iodinated contrast agent, while the conventional test group was given conventional CTA examination. After the examination, the two groups were mutually compared in terms of im-age quality, CT value level, radiation dose, and so on. Results Two different groups interested in the low zone (ROI) and conventional CT values had no differences (P > 0. 05); double low set in the right middle cerebral ar-tery, the left middle cerebral artery in image quality score was slightly lower than that of the conventional group (P< 0. 05); ROI in the other two groups of image quality scores and subjective image quality scores, there was no significant difference (P > 0. 05); SSDE double low group, DLP values were significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The use of lower tube voltage and lower-concentration contrast agent for the head-neck CTA examination can, without affecting image quality, reduce the dose of contrast agent and that of radiation, thus being worthy of application and promotion.
