目的：分析他汀类药物治疗慢性肾脏病的临床疗效，并探讨他汀类药物非降脂作用对慢性肾脏病的防治。方法以60例慢性肾脏病伴脂代谢紊乱病人为研究对象，按随机分组法将其分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础之上加阿托伐他汀治疗，分别监测研究对象治疗前、治疗后12个月血胆固醇、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量。结果治疗12个月后，观察组血胆固醇、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量明显低于治疗前及对照组(<0.05)。结论观察组的治疗对肾脏保护作用显著优于对照组，表明他汀类药物具有肾脏保护作用，这种保护作用为非降脂依赖的。
목적：분석타정류약물치료만성신장병적림상료효，병탐토타정류약물비강지작용대만성신장병적방치。방법이60례만성신장병반지대사문란병인위연구대상，안수궤분조법장기분위관찰조화대조조각30례，대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재상규치료기출지상가아탁벌타정치료，분별감측연구대상치료전、치료후12개월혈담고순、혈기항、24 h뇨단백정량。결과치료12개월후，관찰조혈담고순、혈기항、24 h뇨단백정량명현저우치료전급대조조(<0.05)。결론관찰조적치료대신장보호작용현저우우대조조，표명타정류약물구유신장보호작용，저충보호작용위비강지의뢰적。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of therapy with statins in treatment of chronic kidney disease,and to explore the non-statin lipid-lowering effect on prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease as the research object,were divided into the observation group and the control group,30cases in the control group,while 30 cases in the observation group.Above conventional treatment,the observation group with atorvastatin treatment.The two groups were respectively observed cholesterol,serum creatinine,and 24 hour urinary protein quantitative before and after 12 months treatment,then compared them between the two groups.Results After 12 months of treatment, in the observation group,the index of cholesterol serum creatinine ,24 hour urinary protein quantity were significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy for kidney protection in observation group treatment was significantly better than the control group,and the results had shown that statins protect the function of kidney,this protective effect for non lipid-lowering dependent.
