目的：对应用依达拉奉与舒血宁联合对患有脑梗死疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在该院2012年9月—2014年9月就诊的患有脑梗死疾病的患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组41例。采用依达拉奉对对照组患者实施治疗；采用依达拉奉与舒血宁联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者在药物治疗后神经功能缺损评分的改善幅度明显大于对照组；脑梗死疾病病情治疗效果(总有效率87.7%)明显高于对照组(总有效率68.3%)；脑神经功能评分恢复正常时间(8.64±2.01)d和脑梗死疾病治疗总时间(12.76±2.13)d明显短于对照组(11.85±2.54)d,(15.62±3.57)d；出现药物不良反应的人数(1例)明显少于对照组(9例)。结论应用依达拉奉与舒血宁联合对患有脑梗死疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To application of Edaravone and Shuxuening combined with suffering from cerebral infarction disease patients clinical curative effect research. Methods In our hospital from 2012 September to 2014 September in patients with Cerebral Infarction Disease in 82 cases, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 41 cases in each group, the average. Use of edaravone on the patients in the treatment group with control implementation;Shuxuening combined with edaravone on the patients in the treatment group and the implementation of treatment. Results The patients in the treatment group after drug treatment, the neural function defect score improved significantly more than the control group;the treatment effect of cerebral infarction disease were significantly higher than the control group;the brain nerve function score recovery time and the cerebral infarction disease total treatment time was significantly shorter than the control group;the number of adverse reactions of drugs significantly less than the control group. Conclusion The application of edaravone with Shuxuening combined with suffering from cerebral infarction disease patients with the implementation of the clinical treatment effect is very obvious.
