基于Moldflow软件分析平台将设计的前蒙皮主体浇注系统进行数值模拟分析,分析表明浇注系统填充完全,模腔内温度分布均匀,熔胶同时到达产品充填末端,流动平衡,并且锁模力和注射压力均在设备要求的范围内;困气多集中在骨位末端及分型面上,存在熔接痕。
基于Moldflow軟件分析平檯將設計的前矇皮主體澆註繫統進行數值模擬分析,分析錶明澆註繫統填充完全,模腔內溫度分佈均勻,鎔膠同時到達產品充填末耑,流動平衡,併且鎖模力和註射壓力均在設備要求的範圍內;睏氣多集中在骨位末耑及分型麵上,存在鎔接痕。

Simulation analysis on the front skin runner system are conducted in Moldflow software,showing that the main body is filled completely,the temperature in mold cavity is distributed evenly,and so reaches the end at the same time smoothly. Mold locking and injection pressure are within the requirements and air trap is mostly at end of ribs and mould joints with less meld marks.
