为优化甘薯茎叶中黄酮类化合物的超声提取工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,选择乙醇浓度、溶剂倍量、超声提取时间为自变量,黄酮得率为响应值,采用Box-Behnken组合设计,运用Design-Export 8.05b软件分析各自变量及其交互作用对黄酮得率的影响,建立了黄酮得率的二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。确定甘薯茎叶中黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度60.00%、溶剂倍量35.00、超声时间40.00min,在此条件下,黄酮得率为10.3002%。本研究原料价廉易得,提取方法高效可行,分析方法可信,可为甘薯茎叶的开发利用提供依据。

In order to optimize the ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids from leaves and stems of Ipomoea batatas(L.),on the base of single-factor experiment,it took the following three parts as the independent variables:ethanol concentration,solvent amount of times and the ultrasonic extraction time. It selected the flavonoid yield as response value. Then,it adopted the combination experiment design of Box-Behnken centre,used Design Expert 8.05b software to analyze the influence of the independent variables and its interaction on flavo?noids yield and established the predictable model of quadratic polynomial regression equation of flavonoids yield. The result ensured the best extraction technology conditions are the following aspects:ethanol concentration is 60.00%,solvent amount of times is 35.00 and ul?trasonic extraction time is 40.00min. In this condition,the actual flavonoids yield is 10.3002%. The extraction method has the advantage of time-saving,high efficiency and good reliablity of analysis method,which can provide the basis for the development and utilization of the leaves and stems of Ipomoea batatas(L.)lam.
