针对干熄焦提升机定位系统具有多变量及存在随机电磁干扰的特点,通过采用RBF神经网络学习算法,实时在线辨识,建立被控对象的精确数学模型并用于控制,实现了当定位系统受强电磁干扰时,系统仍然能够保障提升机正常运行。应用结果表明,该智能控制系统既保证了干熄焦提升机定位系统的稳定性,又提高了对工况电磁干扰的适应性。
針對榦熄焦提升機定位繫統具有多變量及存在隨機電磁榦擾的特點,通過採用RBF神經網絡學習算法,實時在線辨識,建立被控對象的精確數學模型併用于控製,實現瞭噹定位繫統受彊電磁榦擾時,繫統仍然能夠保障提升機正常運行。應用結果錶明,該智能控製繫統既保證瞭榦熄焦提升機定位繫統的穩定性,又提高瞭對工況電磁榦擾的適應性。

CDQ Hoist positioning system has some special characteristics such as multivariate input and output and random electro?magnetic interference. A precise model was constructed,which is in accordance with the characteristics of Hoist positioning system. The RBF neural network model can realize precise control and on-line identification,so that Hoist positioning system can work normally in the case of electromagnetic interference. Application results show that the intelligent control system not only can ensure stability of CDQ Hoist positioning system,but also improve adaptability to electromagnetic interference.
