目的：探讨康复护理措施对脑梗塞偏瘫患者功能恢复的临床应用效果。方法选择我社区2014年1月—2014年12月的20例脑梗塞偏瘫患者，对其进行系统康复护理干预，观察其临床效果。结果20例脑梗塞偏瘫患者经系统科学的康复护理干预疗效显著。结论康复护理干预能显著改善脑梗塞偏瘫患者的平衡训练、独立生活能力，提高其患肢肌力，降低并发症，提高生活质量。

목적：탐토강복호리조시대뇌경새편탄환자공능회복적림상응용효과。방법선택아사구2014년1월—2014년12월적20례뇌경새편탄환자，대기진행계통강복호리간예，관찰기림상효과。결과20례뇌경새편탄환자경계통과학적강복호리간예료효현저。결론강복호리간예능현저개선뇌경새편탄환자적평형훈련、독립생활능력，제고기환지기력，강저병발증，제고생활질량。
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods:20 cases of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia I community in 2014 January~2014 year in December, systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention on it, to observe its clinical effect. Results:20 cases of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia signiifcantly by rehabilitation nursing intervention effect of system science. Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing intervention can signiifcantly improve the patients of cerebral infarction hemiplegia balance training, the ability to live independently, to improve the limb muscle strength, reduce the complications, improve the quality of life.
