目前，西部农村老年人口在享受医疗卫生服务方面存在困境，即合理的医疗卫生服务需求受制于市场、社会保障制度以及家庭结构变迁等因素而得不到有效满足。走出这一困境，一方面需要转变医疗服务理念，提高医疗服务质量并加大医疗供给；另一方面则要合理界定各类责任主体的责任范围，并合理、有效发挥政府、市场、社会组织以及家庭的功能，实现各种机制的功能互补。
目前，西部農村老年人口在享受醫療衛生服務方麵存在睏境，即閤理的醫療衛生服務需求受製于市場、社會保障製度以及傢庭結構變遷等因素而得不到有效滿足。走齣這一睏境，一方麵需要轉變醫療服務理唸，提高醫療服務質量併加大醫療供給；另一方麵則要閤理界定各類責任主體的責任範圍，併閤理、有效髮揮政府、市場、社會組織以及傢庭的功能，實現各種機製的功能互補。
목전，서부농촌노년인구재향수의료위생복무방면존재곤경，즉합리적의료위생복무수구수제우시장、사회보장제도이급가정결구변천등인소이득불도유효만족。주출저일곤경，일방면수요전변의료복무이념，제고의료복무질량병가대의료공급；령일방면칙요합리계정각류책임주체적책임범위，병합리、유효발휘정부、시장、사회조직이급가정적공능，실현각충궤제적공능호보。
The medical and health condition in western rural of our country is the most weak across the country,the medical and health service of elderly population in western rural can not effectively meet due to the market,the social security system,the family struc?ture change and other factors. Therefore,on the one hand,we need to improve the quality of medical services and medical supplies to change the dilemma of medical service;on the other hand,the reasonable responsibility scope of the main subjects such as government, market,society,organizations and families should be defined,and their function can be played reasonably and effectively to realize the function of various mechanisms complement each other.
