目的:探讨分析高压氧配合复方甲硝唑膜治疗糖尿病牙周炎的临床疗效。方法将150例来院就诊的糖尿病牙周炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组采用常规的复方甲硝唑膜治疗,观察组采用高压氧联合复方甲硝唑膜给予治疗。以现有的客观和主观指标判断疗效,对两组的疗效进行观察对比。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率(92.00%)和显效率(58.66%)均显著高于对照组(总有效率为77.33%,显效率为38.66%),结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合复方甲硝唑膜相比于单纯复方甲硝唑膜治疗糖尿病牙周炎效果更好,临床推广前景较好。

목적:탐토분석고압양배합복방갑초서막치료당뇨병아주염적림상료효。방법장150례래원취진적당뇨병아주염환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조75례。대조조채용상규적복방갑초서막치료,관찰조채용고압양연합복방갑초서막급여치료。이현유적객관화주관지표판단료효,대량조적료효진행관찰대비。결과관찰조치료후적총유효솔(92.00%)화현효솔(58.66%)균현저고우대조조(총유효솔위77.33%,현효솔위38.66%),결과차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론고압양연합복방갑초서막상비우단순복방갑초서막치료당뇨병아주염효과경호,림상추엄전경교호。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound metronidazole membrane on diabetic periodontitis. Methods 150 cases with diabetic periodontitis visited the hospital were ran-domly divided into the control group and the observation group with 75 cases in each. The control group were given the conven-tional compound metronidazole membrane treatment, while the observation group were given the hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound metronidazole membrane treatment. The curative effect was evaluated by the existing objective and subjective indexes. And the effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (92.00%) was much higher than that of the control group(77.33%), and the significant efficiency(58.66%) was obviously high-er than that of the control group(38.66%), the differences between the groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion For diabetic periodontitis, hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound metronidazole membrane has better effect and clinical promo-tion prospect than pure compound metronidazole membrane does.
