目的：探讨血糖检验与尿糖检验在糖尿病患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院于2011年1月—2013年1月收治的60例糖尿病患者的临床资料，测定患者的晨尿尿糖、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖值并进行分析。结果60例糖尿病患者血糖与尿糖检验结果可见，血糖测定值与尿糖测定值呈正相关，尿糖的浓度增高，血糖的浓度也随之增高。而有4例患者尿糖检验为阴性，却存在不同程度尿糖浓度升高。结论尿糖检验可作为初步筛查糖尿病的方法，但为了确保诊断的准确性，应同时检测患者的尿糖与血糖，才能使诊断准确无误。
목적：탐토혈당검험여뇨당검험재당뇨병환자림상진단중적응용개치。방법회고성분석해원우2011년1월—2013년1월수치적60례당뇨병환자적림상자료，측정환자적신뇨뇨당、공복혈당급찬후2 h혈당치병진행분석。결과60례당뇨병환자혈당여뇨당검험결과가견，혈당측정치여뇨당측정치정정상관，뇨당적농도증고，혈당적농도야수지증고。이유4례환자뇨당검험위음성，각존재불동정도뇨당농도승고。결론뇨당검험가작위초보사사당뇨병적방법，단위료학보진단적준학성，응동시검측환자적뇨당여혈당，재능사진단준학무오。
Objective To explore the application value of blood glucose test and glycosuria test in the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 diabetic patients admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013. The morning urine glucose, fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose were mea-sured in the patients and the results were analyzed. Results The results of the blood glucose test and glycosuria test of the 60 dia-betic patients showed that the value of blood glucose was positively correlated with that of urine sugar, the concentration of blood glucose increased with the rising of urine sugar. 4 patients had negative result of glycosuria test but with increase of urine sugar in varying degrees. Conclusion Glycosuria test can be used as a preliminary screening method for diabetes, but in order to ensure the accuracy of the diagnosis, the urine glucose and blood glucose of the patients should be detected together.
