目的：探讨糖尿病合并股骨颈骨折患者的围术期护理方法。方法选取2013年5月—2014年6月该院收治的76例糖尿病合并股骨颈骨折患者，对患者采取全方位综合化围术期护理干预，观察患者围术期护理效果及术后恢复情况。结果患者经过全方位综合化围术期护理干预后，并发症较少，且其生活质量较治疗前明显改善。结论对糖尿病合并股骨颈骨骨折患者实施全方位综合化的围术期护理有利于降低并发症发生概率，改善患者生活质量，帮助患者尽早康复。
목적：탐토당뇨병합병고골경골절환자적위술기호리방법。방법선취2013년5월—2014년6월해원수치적76례당뇨병합병고골경골절환자，대환자채취전방위종합화위술기호리간예，관찰환자위술기호리효과급술후회복정황。결과환자경과전방위종합화위술기호리간예후，병발증교소，차기생활질량교치료전명현개선。결론대당뇨병합병고골경골골절환자실시전방위종합화적위술기호리유리우강저병발증발생개솔，개선환자생활질량，방조환자진조강복。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care for patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with femoral neck bone fracture method. Methods From 2013 May to 2014 June in our hospital 76 cases of diabetic patients complicated with femoral neck bone fracture patients,All patients take comprehensive whole perioperative nursing intervention, observe the recovery nursing effect and prognosis of postoperative period of patients with body,to observe the recovery nursing effect and prognosis of postoperative period body patients. Results All of the patients after the perioperative nursing care of a full range of integrated in-tervention, reduce the complications, patients' quality of life was significantly improved than before treatment. Conclusion Femoral neck bone fracture in patients with the implementation of a full range of integrated perioperative nursing is helpful to reduce the complications of diabetes mellitus combined with probability, improve the life quality of patients, help patients to recover as soon as possible.
