目的：观察氨溴索联合抗菌药物治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择该院2013年1月—2014年7月收治的老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者80例，随机分成实验组和对照组各40例，对照组给予抗菌药物治疗，实验组给予氨溴索联合抗菌药物治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善情况和不良反应。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率、临床症状改善时间显著短于对照组患者，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论氨溴索联合抗菌药物治疗老年糖尿病合并肺炎，具有显著临床疗效，安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰안추색연합항균약물치료노년당뇨병합병폐염적림상료효。방법선택해원2013년1월—2014년7월수치적노년당뇨병합병폐염환자80례，수궤분성실험조화대조조각40례，대조조급여항균약물치료，실험조급여안추색연합항균약물치료。대비량조환자적림상료효、증상개선정황화불량반응。결과실험조림상치료총유효솔、림상증상개선시간현저단우대조조환자，량자비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론안추색연합항균약물치료노년당뇨병합병폐염，구유현저림상료효，안전성교고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ambroxol combined with antibiotics in the treatment of senile diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia. Methods 80 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 July were cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group, the control group were given antibiotic treatment, the experimental group was given ambroxol combined with antibiotics. Clinical symptoms, compared two groups of patients with improvement and adverse reaction. Results The clinical treatment of the experimental group total effective rate, clinical symptoms improved time was significantly shorter in the patients in the control group, there was statistical differ-ence between the two groups (P<0.05);Conclusion Ambroxol combined with antibiotics in the treatment of senile diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia, has obvious clinical curative effect, high safety, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
