目的：探讨亚低温联合微创穿刺碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血临床效果。方法选取我院2012‐04—2013‐10收治的68例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用微创穿刺碎吸术进行治疗，实验组在此基础上采用亚低温进行辅助治疗，比较2组患者CCS评分、并发症发生率和临床治疗效果。结果治疗后2组患者CSS评分均得到明显改善，但实验组CSS评分显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组治疗效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组无发生MODS ，对照组发生5例，2组MODS发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高血压脑出血患者应用亚低温辅助微创穿刺碎吸术进行治疗可获得较好神经功能恢复效果，致死致残率低，临床效果较为理想。
목적：탐토아저온연합미창천자쇄흡술치료고혈압뇌출혈림상효과。방법선취아원2012‐04—2013‐10수치적68례고혈압뇌출혈환자위연구대상，수궤분위실험조화대조조。대조조채용미창천자쇄흡술진행치료，실험조재차기출상채용아저온진행보조치료，비교2조환자CCS평분、병발증발생솔화림상치료효과。결과치료후2조환자CSS평분균득도명현개선，단실험조CSS평분현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。실험조치료효과현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。실험조무발생MODS ，대조조발생5례，2조MODS발생솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。실험조병발증총발생솔현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론고혈압뇌출혈환자응용아저온보조미창천자쇄흡술진행치료가획득교호신경공능회복효과，치사치잔솔저，림상효과교위이상。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive aspiration based on mild hypothermia in treat‐ment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 68 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from April 2012 to Octo‐ber 2013 in our hospital were chosen as the experimental objects and were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group were treated with minimally invasive aspiration ,the experimental group were treated with mild hypo‐thermia on the basis of control group. GCS scores , complications and clinical therapeutic effect of two group were com‐pared.Results The GCS scores of two groups after treatment were significantly improved ,but results in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group ,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Treatment effect of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total rate of complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive as‐piration based on mild hypothermia in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has better recovery of neurological func‐tion ,with lower mortality rate and higher clinical effect.
