目的：探讨整体护理在老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的应用体会。方法从该院所收治的老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者当中选取60例为研究对象，将这些患者随机的分为对照组和治疗组两组，每组各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理，治疗组患者给予整体护理，对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果经过一段时间的护理，治疗组患者的血糖控制达标率（93.3％）显著高于对照组（73.3％），治疗组患者的血脂控制达标率（90％）也显著高于对照组（70％），两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者进行整体护理，能够有效的提高疾病的治疗效果，增进护患关系，改善患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토정체호리재노년당뇨병합병관심병환자중적응용체회。방법종해원소수치적노년당뇨병합병관심병환자당중선취60례위연구대상，장저사환자수궤적분위대조조화치료조량조，매조각30례。대조조환자급여상규호리，치료조환자급여정체호리，대비분석량조적치료효과。결과경과일단시간적호리，치료조환자적혈당공제체표솔（93.3％）현저고우대조조（73.3％），치료조환자적혈지공제체표솔（90％）야현저고우대조조（70％），량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대노년당뇨병합병관심병환자진행정체호리，능구유효적제고질병적치료효과，증진호환관계，개선환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate the application of holistic nursing in elderly patients with diabetes complicated by coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty elderly patients with diabetes complicated by coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 patients in each. Patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing, while those in the treatment group were given the holistic nursing. And the treatment effect was compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results After a period of nursing, the glycemic control rate of the treatment group (93.3%) was much higher than that of the control group(73.3%);furthermore, the lipid control rate of the treat-ment group(90%) was obviously higher than that of the control group(70%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For diabetes complicated by coronary heart disease in the elderly, holistic nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect, nurse-patient relationship and quality of life of the patients.
