目的：验证待考评试剂与对照试剂在测定α1-抗胰蛋白酶时的一致性。方法参照美国临床和实验室标准协会（CLSI）系列标准化文件EP9-A2方案，按照本实验室内SOP文件在两套测试系统上对留取的标本进行α1-抗胰蛋白酶检测。结果考核试剂和对照试剂测定α1-抗胰蛋白酶结果显著相关且具有良好的线性关系，考评试剂血清和血浆结果也显著相关。结论考评试剂盒对照试剂检测α1-抗胰蛋白酶得到的结果一致性良好，均可以为临床提供准确的数据。

Objective Evaluation of reagents to be verified with the control reagent in the determination of consistency whenα1-antitrypsin.Methods American according to clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) series of standardized file EP9-A2 program, according to the laboratory within the SOP file in the two sets of test system to take samples of alpha 1- antitrypsin detection. Results The control and assay of alpha 1- antitrypsin protease results cor elated wel with good linear relationship between examination reagent, serum and plasma were also significantly related to evaluation kit. Conclusion The Evaluation Kit control reagent for detection of alpha 1-antitrypsin results are in good agreement, can provide accurate data for clinical.
