目的:研究中国南海海绵Axinella sp.的化学成分。方法:用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、凝胶柱色谱和半制备HPLC等分离纯化,并采用质谱、核磁共振波谱等有机波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从海绵Axinella sp.中分离的7个化合物,依次鉴定为debromohymenialdisine(1), hymenialdisine(2), aldisin(3),3-bromoaldisin(4),尼克酰胺(5),胸腺嘧啶(6),尿嘧啶(7)。结论:化合物1~4是海绵中特有的溴代吡咯烷型生物碱,化合物5,6,7为首次从该属海绵中分离得到。
目的:研究中國南海海綿Axinella sp.的化學成分。方法:用硅膠柱色譜、製備薄層色譜、凝膠柱色譜和半製備HPLC等分離純化,併採用質譜、覈磁共振波譜等有機波譜方法鑒定化閤物的結構。結果:從海綿Axinella sp.中分離的7箇化閤物,依次鑒定為debromohymenialdisine(1), hymenialdisine(2), aldisin(3),3-bromoaldisin(4),尼剋酰胺(5),胸腺嘧啶(6),尿嘧啶(7)。結論:化閤物1~4是海綿中特有的溴代吡咯烷型生物堿,化閤物5,6,7為首次從該屬海綿中分離得到。
목적:연구중국남해해면Axinella sp.적화학성분。방법:용규효주색보、제비박층색보、응효주색보화반제비HPLC등분리순화,병채용질보、핵자공진파보등유궤파보방법감정화합물적결구。결과:종해면Axinella sp.중분리적7개화합물,의차감정위debromohymenialdisine(1), hymenialdisine(2), aldisin(3),3-bromoaldisin(4),니극선알(5),흉선밀정(6),뇨밀정(7)。결론:화합물1~4시해면중특유적추대필각완형생물감,화합물5,6,7위수차종해속해면중분리득도。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in the South China Sea marine sponge Axinella sp. Methods: Various chromatography techniques (silica gel, preparative TLC, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC) were performed to isolate and purify the extracts. The structures were identified mainly by extensive spectral data analysis. Results:Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as debromohymenialdisine (1), hymenialdisine (2), aldisin (3), 3-bromoaldisin (4), niacinamide (5), thymine (6), uracil(7). Conclusion:Compounds 1-4 are specific bromopyrrole alkaloids of marine sponges, and compounds 5, 6, 7 are isolated for the first time from the genus Axinella.
