目的：观察复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）不孕的临床疗效。方法复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗PCOS所致不孕（属肾阳虚型）患者62例，与单用克罗米芬促排卵治疗PCOS所致不孕（属肾阳虚型）64例对照。结果试验组在改善症候、促排卵和妊娠方面，均优于对照组，2组差异有显著意义。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征不孕效果优于单用克罗米芬治疗。
目的：觀察複方玄駒膠囊聯閤剋囉米芬治療多囊卵巢綜閤徵（PCOS）不孕的臨床療效。方法複方玄駒膠囊聯閤剋囉米芬治療PCOS所緻不孕（屬腎暘虛型）患者62例，與單用剋囉米芬促排卵治療PCOS所緻不孕（屬腎暘虛型）64例對照。結果試驗組在改善癥候、促排卵和妊娠方麵，均優于對照組，2組差異有顯著意義。結論複方玄駒膠囊聯閤剋囉米芬治療腎暘虛型多囊卵巢綜閤徵不孕效果優于單用剋囉米芬治療。
목적：관찰복방현구효낭연합극라미분치료다낭란소종합정（PCOS）불잉적림상료효。방법복방현구효낭연합극라미분치료PCOS소치불잉（속신양허형）환자62례，여단용극라미분촉배란치료PCOS소치불잉（속신양허형）64례대조。결과시험조재개선증후、촉배란화임신방면，균우우대조조，2조차이유현저의의。결론복방현구효낭연합극라미분치료신양허형다낭란소종합정불잉효과우우단용극라미분치료。
Objcctive To explore the curativeeffect of combination of compound Xuanju capsule and clomi-fene for infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 62 cases with PCOS infertilitywithShenyang deifciency were treated with compound Xuanju capsule combined clomifene, and another 64 cases with clo—mifene only as contr01.Results The curative ef-fect ofthe test group is better than that ofthe control group in improv-ing Shenyang deifciency.The curative effect of the tesroupis little beRer than that of the control group in promoting vulation and pregnancy rate, but the difference between the two roups was notsigniifcant.ConclusionThe inte-grative medicineas a good effect for PCOS infertility.
