目的：探讨粪石性肠梗阻的发病原因、诊断、临床表现以及治疗方法。方法选取2011年3月～2014年3月我院收治的确诊为粪石性肠梗阻的38例患者，对其临床资料、诊断、治疗方法等进行回顾性分析。结果38例患者中有32例（84.2%）经保守治疗（禁水食、补液、胃肠减压、灌肠等）后痊愈，并发症发生率3.1%，平均住院日期为10.3±2.6天；另外6例（15.8%）保守治疗后无效，转为手术治疗后治愈，未出现手术并发症，平均住院日期15.2±1.7天。结论粪石性肠梗阻病因常常是过食含鞣酸食物；结合其病史、B超、内镜、CT等可以提高粪石性肠梗阻诊断准确率；保守治疗是治疗粪石性肠梗阻的主要方式，对于保守治疗无效者，需及时选择合理手术方式，防止并发症发生。
目的：探討糞石性腸梗阻的髮病原因、診斷、臨床錶現以及治療方法。方法選取2011年3月～2014年3月我院收治的確診為糞石性腸梗阻的38例患者，對其臨床資料、診斷、治療方法等進行迴顧性分析。結果38例患者中有32例（84.2%）經保守治療（禁水食、補液、胃腸減壓、灌腸等）後痊愈，併髮癥髮生率3.1%，平均住院日期為10.3±2.6天；另外6例（15.8%）保守治療後無效，轉為手術治療後治愈，未齣現手術併髮癥，平均住院日期15.2±1.7天。結論糞石性腸梗阻病因常常是過食含鞣痠食物；結閤其病史、B超、內鏡、CT等可以提高糞石性腸梗阻診斷準確率；保守治療是治療糞石性腸梗阻的主要方式，對于保守治療無效者，需及時選擇閤理手術方式，防止併髮癥髮生。
목적：탐토분석성장경조적발병원인、진단、림상표현이급치료방법。방법선취2011년3월～2014년3월아원수치적학진위분석성장경조적38례환자，대기림상자료、진단、치료방법등진행회고성분석。결과38례환자중유32례（84.2%）경보수치료（금수식、보액、위장감압、관장등）후전유，병발증발생솔3.1%，평균주원일기위10.3±2.6천；령외6례（15.8%）보수치료후무효，전위수술치료후치유，미출현수술병발증，평균주원일기15.2±1.7천。결론분석성장경조병인상상시과식함유산식물；결합기병사、B초、내경、CT등가이제고분석성장경조진단준학솔；보수치료시치료분석성장경조적주요방식，대우보수치료무효자，수급시선택합리수술방식，방지병발증발생。
Objective To study the causes, diagnosis, clinical characteristics and treatment of stercoral ileus.Methods The clinical data, diagnosis, treatment of 38 cases of stercoral ileus were retrospectively analyzed , who were admitted to our hospital in March 2011 to March 2014.Results In 38 patients, 32 cases (84.2%) recovered after conservative treatment(no water and food, gastrointestinal decompression, enema, endoscopic lithotripsy) , the complication rate was 3.1% and the average hospital stay was 10.3 ± 2.6 days; the other 6 cases (15.8%) were given operation cured after conservative treatment which was invalid, it has no operation complications and hospitalization was 15.2±1.7 days.Conclusion Stercoral obstruction is often caused by eating food containing too much tannic acid; Combining with the medical history, B ultrasound, endoscopy, CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy of stercoral ileus; Conservative treatment is the main treatment of stercoral obstruction.However, if the conservative treatment is ineffective, we need choose the reasonable surgical approach timely for preventing the complications occurrence.
