目的：对老年甲亢患者的临床表现及甲状腺激素等进行研究,探讨老年甲亢的临床及治疗特点。方法随机选取2013年1月—2014年1月来该院就诊的甲亢患者50例,回顾性分析患者的临床治疗,对比患者治疗前后临床特点及治疗。结果治疗前,患者甲亢患者的甲状腺结节、心悸、腹泻症状等不良的临床症状比较多,且多甲状腺弥漫性肿大、突眼症状。而治疗后,50例患者的TSH、T4水平变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；但T3水平得到了明显改善,治疗前后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该究发现,老年甲亢的主要特点是甲状腺结节、心痛,不过临床症状不典型性不足,监控甲状腺功能和激素水平有助于诊治,T3水平显著下降提示甲亢的可能性。
목적：대노년갑항환자적림상표현급갑상선격소등진행연구,탐토노년갑항적림상급치료특점。방법수궤선취2013년1월—2014년1월래해원취진적갑항환자50례,회고성분석환자적림상치료,대비환자치료전후림상특점급치료。결과치료전,환자갑항환자적갑상선결절、심계、복사증상등불량적림상증상비교다,차다갑상선미만성종대、돌안증상。이치료후,50례환자적TSH、T4수평변화불명현,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；단T3수평득도료명현개선,치료전후대비,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론해구발현,노년갑항적주요특점시갑상선결절、심통,불과림상증상불전형성불족,감공갑상선공능화격소수평유조우진치,T3수평현저하강제시갑항적가능성。
Objective Elderly patients with hyperthyroidism and thyroid hormone clinical manifestations study to examine the clinical and treatment characteristics of elderly hyperthyroidism. Methods Methods:Randomly selected in January 2013 to January 2014, patients with hyperthyroidism to our hospital in 50 cases, retrospective analysis of clinical treatment of patients, clinical features and treatment of patients before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, adverse clinical symptoms of thyroid nodules in patients with hyperthyroidism, heart palpitations, diarrhea and other symptoms are more and more diffuse thyroid enlargement, sudden eye symptoms. And after treatment, 50 cases of patients with TSH, T4 levels did not change significantly, no significant difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);but the T3 level has been significantly improved, compared to before and after treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05), with a statistically significant. Conclusion This study found that the main characteristics of elderly hyperthyroidism thyroid nodules, heartache, but lack of clinical symptoms are not typical, monitoring thyroid function and hormone levels contribute to the diagnosis and treatment, T3 levels were significantly decreased the likelihood of prompt hyperthyroidism.
