目的：分析和探讨腹腔镜微创手术治疗胃肠肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年4月~2013年4月收治的68例胃肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组（n=34）和观察组（n=34），对照组患者行开腹手术治疗，观察组患者接受腹腔镜微创手术治疗，观察和比较2组患者临床治疗效果。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者手术时间、下床活动时间及胃肠道功能恢复时间明显缩短，并发症发生率降低，术后12个月2组患者均无死亡病例。结论采用腹腔镜微创手术治疗胃肠肿瘤，创伤小，术后恢复快，能明显缩短下床活动时间和胃肠道功能恢复时间，并发症少，安全可靠，有利于改善患者生活质量，延长生存时间。

목적：분석화탐토복강경미창수술치료위장종류적림상효과。방법선취아원2012년4월~2013년4월수치적68례위장종류환자작위연구대상，통과수궤수자표법분위대조조（n=34）화관찰조（n=34），대조조환자행개복수술치료，관찰조환자접수복강경미창수술치료，관찰화비교2조환자림상치료효과。결과여대조조상비，관찰조환자수술시간、하상활동시간급위장도공능회복시간명현축단，병발증발생솔강저，술후12개월2조환자균무사망병례。결론채용복강경미창수술치료위장종류，창상소，술후회복쾌，능명현축단하상활동시간화위장도공능회복시간，병발증소，안전가고，유리우개선환자생활질량，연장생존시간。
Objective: to analyze the clinical effects and laparoscopic minimally invasive operation in treatment of gastrointestinal tumor.Methods: 68 cases of gastrointestinal tumor were selected in our hospital in 2012 April ~2013 year in April were treated as the research object, by randomly divided into control group (n=34) and observation group (n=34), the control group patients performed open operation treatment, the observation group patients underwent laparoscopic minimally invasive operation treatment, clinical therapeutic effect observation and comparison two groups of patients.Results: compared with control group, the observation group of patients with operation time, time to ambulation and gastrointestinal function recovery time was significantly shorter, lower the incidence of complications, 12 months after operation, two patients were no death case.Conclusion: using minimally invasive laparoscopic operation for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor, small trauma, faster postoperative recovery, can obviously shorten the time for ambulation and gastrointestinal function recovery time, fewer complications, safe and reliable, is conducive to the improvement of the quality of life of patients, prolong the survival time of.
