目的：探讨临床对不稳定型心绞痛患者实施心可舒配合氯吡格雷治疗的价值。方法将2013年5月至2015年1月到我院治疗的70例不稳定型心绞痛患者纳入研究，同时随机将患者等分成2组，对照组35例根据常规心内科标准用药，观察组35例实施心可舒配合氯吡格雷治疗，研究2组的临床施治情况。结果观察组实施治疗后的临床总有效率是94.29%，相比对照组的77.14%明显更高，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的症状发作频次相比对照组更少，每次持续时间更短，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组施治期间均未见患者有严重不适出现。结论对不稳定型心绞痛患者联用心可舒及氯吡格雷进行救治，临床疗效安全可行，且可有效减轻症状，适合加强推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical in patients with unstable angina implementation of Xinkeshu with clopidogrel treatment value.Methods: the 2013 May to 2015 January to our hospital treatment of 70 patients with unstable angina pectoris were included in the study, and were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in the control group conventional Department of Cardiology according to standard treatment, the observation group of 35 cases the implementation of Xinkeshu combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of two groups of clinical treatment, research situation.Results: the clinical observation of treatment group after the implementation of the total efifciency is 94.29%, compared with 77.14% in the control group were signiifcantly higher, with statistical signiifcance (P< 0.05).The observation group compared to the control group, less symptom onset frequency, lasting time shorter, with statistical signiifcance (P< 0.05).The two groups during treatment were not found in patients with severe discomfort appeared.Conclusion: in patients with unstable angina pectoris combined heart can be comfortable and clopidogrel for treatment, the clinical efifcacy is safe and feasible, and can effectively alleviate the symptoms, for strengthening the promotion.
