以SCM 415铬钼钢材做摩擦压接,通过未经热处理材料相互压接、未经热处理与经热处理后材料压接、经热处理后材料相互压接、未经热处理材料压接后再施行热处理等四种压接条件,探讨摩擦压接后压接处试棒硬度、偏心量、巨观和微观组织变化。

based on the friction welding for SCM 415 chrome molybdenum steel,throught welding jointly unheated materials , unheated and heated materials,heated materials and heating the unheated materials which have been welded, this paper investigated the hardness, eccentricity,the changes of macroscopic and microscopic organizations of the test bar after friction welding.
