糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy，DR)是糖尿病微血管病变中严重的并发症，是导致目前致盲的主要眼部，目前确切的发病机制尚不清楚。有研究认为，细胞因子在DR的发展中起重要作用，是DR发生发展的关键因素，近年来针对细胞因子的治疗也应用于临床，为DR患者带来福音。本文就多种细胞因子，如血管内皮生长因子、肿瘤坏死因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子等在DR中的作用及抗血管内皮因子药物在临床运用的进展进行综述。

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one serious complication of microangiopathy in diabetic, is a major cause of blindness. Its exact pathogenic mechanism is stil less clear. Recent studies showed that cytokines play an important role in the development of DR.It is a key factor in the development of DR. The treatment of cytokine also used clinic recent years, to bring the Gospel to patients. In this paper, a variety of cytokines, such as vascular endothelial growth factor, tumor necrosis factor, basic fibroblast growth factor in the pathogenesis of DR are summarized.And the use of drugs of anti-vascular endothelial growth in the clinical progress are reviewed.
