高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(high-risk human papil omavirus，HR-HPV)持续感染导致宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia，CIN)-宫颈癌，HR-HPV检测已成为筛查CIN及宫颈癌的重要手段。由于妊娠期的特殊性，妊娠期合并HR-HPV的感染及CIN备受关注。本文就近年来妊娠期HPV感染的影响因素、易感机制及其感染率，妊娠期HR-HPV感染与CIN的关系，妊娠期HPV感染的诊断、预防，妊娠期CIN的预后及处理作一简要综述。
高危型人乳頭狀瘤病毒(high-risk human papil omavirus，HR-HPV)持續感染導緻宮頸上皮內瘤變(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia，CIN)-宮頸癌，HR-HPV檢測已成為篩查CIN及宮頸癌的重要手段。由于妊娠期的特殊性，妊娠期閤併HR-HPV的感染及CIN備受關註。本文就近年來妊娠期HPV感染的影響因素、易感機製及其感染率，妊娠期HR-HPV感染與CIN的關繫，妊娠期HPV感染的診斷、預防，妊娠期CIN的預後及處理作一簡要綜述。

The persistent infection of high-risk human papil omavirus (HR -HPV) leads to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)- cervical cancer, so HR- HPV detection has become an important way to screen CIN and cervical cancer.HR - HPV infection during pregnancy draws more at ention because of the particularity of pregnancy.This paper reviews briefly the related factors and susceptible mechanism of HPV infection and its prevalence during pregnancy, the relationship between HR HPV infection and CIN during pregnancy, the diagnosis and prevention of HPV infection during pregnancy, the prognosis and management of CIN during pregnancy in recent years.
