全身炎症反应综合征(Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome，SIRS)，是指由感染或非感染因素作用于机体引起的一种全身炎症反应综合征。20世纪90年代提出的，从一个全新的角度阐明了多器官功能障碍综合征，如果不及时干预，最终可发展至多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)[1]。本文结合近年国内外相关研究文献对SIRS概念、发病机制，主要是治疗进展作一综述。

Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS)is caused by infection or the infection factors acting on the body of a systemic inflammatory response syndrome. Proposed in the 1990 s, from a new point of view clarified the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, if not timely intervention, final y can develop up to organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). In this paper, combining with the relevant research literature at home and abroad in recent years, the concept, the pathogenesis of SIRS, mainly review summarizes the progress.
