本研究以玉米品种天紫23号、黄甜脆1号、白甜糯1号、早鲜黄甜脆幼苗为试验材料,研究了干旱胁迫(停止浇水)、干旱胁迫时间(1d、2d、3d、4d、5d)和解除干旱胁迫恢复7d生长后叶片内可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶活性这两项生理指标的变化。结果表明:(1)在干旱胁迫条件下,与对照相比,天紫23号幼苗叶片中可溶性糖含量随着干旱胁迫天数的增加而增加,而早鲜黄甜脆、白甜糯1号和黄甜脆1号叶片中可溶性糖含量在干旱胁迫的前4天均增加,而第5天则都下降低于对照值。4种品种玉米幼苗叶片中的过氧化物酶( POD)活性与对照相比都明显上升;(2)解除干旱胁迫恢复生长后4种品种玉米幼苗叶片中的可溶性糖含量和过氧化物酶活性恢复趋于对照值。推测在受到干旱胁迫后,玉米植物体内增加可溶性糖的含量和过氧化物酶的活性以适应干旱胁迫环境。而短期的胁迫解除后,这两项生理指标又趋于恢复到正常水平。

본연구이옥미품충천자23호、황첨취1호、백첨나1호、조선황첨취유묘위시험재료,연구료간한협박(정지요수)、간한협박시간(1d、2d、3d、4d、5d)화해제간한협박회복7d생장후협편내가용성당함량、과양화물매활성저량항생리지표적변화。결과표명:(1)재간한협박조건하,여대조상비,천자23호유묘협편중가용성당함량수착간한협박천수적증가이증가,이조선황첨취、백첨나1호화황첨취1호협편중가용성당함량재간한협박적전4천균증가,이제5천칙도하강저우대조치。4충품충옥미유묘협편중적과양화물매( POD)활성여대조상비도명현상승;(2)해제간한협박회복생장후4충품충옥미유묘협편중적가용성당함량화과양화물매활성회복추우대조치。추측재수도간한협박후,옥미식물체내증가가용성당적함량화과양화물매적활성이괄응간한협박배경。이단기적협박해제후,저량항생리지표우추우회복도정상수평。
Four Zea mays varieties,Tianzi 23,Huangtiancui 1,Baitiannuo 1,Zaoxianhuangtiancui, were selected as the materials. Changes in leaf soluble sugar content and peroxidase activity were respec-tively measured after the following treatments:1. no watering,2. drought stress time from 1 to 5 days,3. 7d after relieving drought stress. The results showed that:(1)Under the drought soluble sugar content and peroxidase activity in leaves of 4 varieties of Zea mays were closen to that of control after relieving drought stress. Here,we inferred maize plants increased the content of soluble sugar and peroxidase activity in or-der to adapt to the drought stress environment under drought stress. However ,the two physiological indices returned to normal level when short term stress was relieved.
