突发灾害和自然灾害所造成的损失和破环是十分严重的,预防和处理突发灾害显得尤为重要,所以卫星通信的需求和要求日益增多和提高。应急卫星通信系统不仅要求机动性强,通信无死角,而且要求适用范围广,反应快速,根据这些需求,文章进行了卫星应急通信系统的研究工作。主要讲述了在消防救援中的应用。文章涉及应急通信系统研究的目的、意义、发展现状及趋势;然后从卫星通信技术手段分析了卫星通信的组成和原理等等。

Sudden disasters and the losses caused by natural disasters and the damage is very serious, the prevention and treatment of sudden disaster is particularly important, so the satellite communication needs and requirements are increasing and improving. Emergency satellite communications system requires not only strong mobility, communication is not dead, but also wide application range, fast response, according to these requirements, this paper carried out research work of satellite emergency communication system. Focuses on the application in ifre ifghting and rescue. The purpose, signiifcance, current situation and development trend of the research involving emergency communication system; and then analyzes the composition and principle of satellite communication technology and so on in satellite communication.
