新建本科院校是中国一个特殊的高校群体，在高校“生源危机”逐渐到来并形成新形态竞争压力下，新建本科院校的发展存在自身难以克服的困难，但又拥有其独特的发展潜力。在中国目前经济社会发展、产业结构升级调整的形势下，新建本科院校应化发展矛盾为动力，提升核心竞争力与招生吸引力，无论是从高校内部治理层面还是国家招生制度改革方面都应有所突破。
新建本科院校是中國一箇特殊的高校群體，在高校“生源危機”逐漸到來併形成新形態競爭壓力下，新建本科院校的髮展存在自身難以剋服的睏難，但又擁有其獨特的髮展潛力。在中國目前經濟社會髮展、產業結構升級調整的形勢下，新建本科院校應化髮展矛盾為動力，提升覈心競爭力與招生吸引力，無論是從高校內部治理層麵還是國傢招生製度改革方麵都應有所突破。
신건본과원교시중국일개특수적고교군체，재고교“생원위궤”축점도래병형성신형태경쟁압력하，신건본과원교적발전존재자신난이극복적곤난，단우옹유기독특적발전잠력。재중국목전경제사회발전、산업결구승급조정적형세하，신건본과원교응화발전모순위동력，제승핵심경쟁력여초생흡인력，무론시종고교내부치리층면환시국가초생제도개혁방면도응유소돌파。
Newly-built colleges and universities are a special group in China.Under thecompetitive pressureof the“enrollment crisis”, these colleges and universitiest have their own difficulties to overcome.However, they also have unique potentials for growth.With economic development and upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure in Chi-na in recent years, the newly-built colleges and universities should focus on how to turn the disadvantages into advan-tagesand enhance their core competitiveness and enrollment appeal.Breakthrough should be made both inside the uni-versities and in the national enrollment system.
