目的:探讨并分析糖尿病营养治疗对2型糖尿病病患临床影响。方法选取了该院在2011—2013年所收治的100例2型糖尿病病患,随机将病患划分为对照组与观察组,两组病例各为50例,所有病患均予以药物治疗,基于此,对照组病患自行进行饮食的控制,观察组则由专业营养师为其提供的专用饮食,即营养治疗,经过一段时间的治疗,对比分析两组病患各项指标,观察营养治疗在2型糖尿病临床治疗中的效果与影响。结果经过半年的治疗,在血糖与血脂控制上,观察组病患明显要比对照组好,二者所存差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05;在血压控制上,两组病患控制情况所存差异不明显,二者所存差异无统计学意义,即P>0.05。结论从该次研究的结果来看,在2型糖尿病临床治疗中,采用糖尿病营养治疗来予以治疗,所获治疗效果比较理想,可有效控制病患血脂水平以及血糖水平,使糖尿病治疗达标率得到显著提高,在临床中具有一定的推广价值以及应用价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical diabetic nutritional therapy for type 2 diabetes patients. Methods From our hospital in 2011—2013, 100 cases of type 2 diabetes patients treated by randomly divided patients into control group and ob-servation group, two groups of cases of 50 cases, all patients to drug therapy, based on this, the control group patients with diet control and observation group by professional nutritionists to provide a special diet, nutritional therapy, after a period of treatment, compared two groups of patients, the indicators to observe nutritional therapy in type 2 diabetes mellitus in the clinical treatment effect and the influence. Results After six months of treatment, on blood glucose and blood lipid control, observation group of pa-tients significantly better than control group, difference is statistically significant, P < 0.05;Control condition on blood pressure control, two groups of patients the difference is not obvious, there was no statistically significant difference existed between them, namely, P > 0.05). Conclusions From the results of this research, in clinical treat type 2 diabetes mellitus, diabetic nutritional therapy is used to the treatment, the treatment effect is more ideal, obtained can effectively control the patient blood lipid levels and blood sugar levels, make the diabetes treatment success rate increased significantly, has certain popularization value and appli-cation in clinical value.
