    The agro-pastoralist cooperative teams in Lhasa have made big progress in recent years. However, if evalu-ated with the national standards of the new-type agricultural management system, they are still affected by some problems, e.g. their internal management is not standardized, the service level is not high, and featured brands are not adequate.
