文章以工程施工实践经验为主，对盾构法施工运用于含一定比例较粘残积土的复合地层结泥饼问题的现象和机理进行了分析，以降低开挖面及刀盘的温度和粘土成分在渣土中的比例为基本思路，重点就盾构刀盘开口、刀具中滚刀与刮（齿）刀位置关系，以及掘进过程中的加水设施、添加剂的应用、施工管理等方面提出了施工中结泥饼问题的预防处理措施。

Based on the construction practice, the construction with shield method applied to the phenomenon and mechanism of composite ground with mud cake containing a certain proportion of sticky residual soil are analyzed, in order to reduce the temperature and the composition of clay excavation surface and the cutter in the muck in proportion as the basic train of thought, focusing on the shield cutterhead opening hob and shaving cutter, cutterlocation (tooth), and proposes preventive measures in the construction of the mud cakeforming in the process of excavation and water facilities, additives, construction management and other aspects of the application.
