信息消费是增强内需、拉动经济的主引擎。文章利用调研数据分析南京市城镇居民信息消费现状，通过实证研究发现影响南京市城镇居民信息消费的因素主要是消费者信息消费能力、信息消费文化、信息消费宏观环境、信息产业的发展和信息道德，并提出提升信息消费主体的信息素质和收入、加大对信息基础设施建设的投入力度、加强信息产业的信息服务能力和水平以及加快信息立法、保障信息消费者的合法权益等对策建议。

Information consumption, as the main engine of the economy, enhances the domestic demand. Based on the survey data, this paper analyzed the present situation of information consumption of urban residents in Nanjing. By empirical study, it is found that the major influence factors contain the ability, culture and macro-environment of information consumption, the development of information industries and information ethics. And on the basis of factors found ,we put forward some countermeasures : promoting information literacy and income of information consumers,increasing investment in the construction of information infrastructure , strengthening the information service ability and level of information industries, accelerating the legislation of information, guaranteeing the legitimate rights and interests of information consumers.
