为了探讨MRI在眼部淋巴瘤诊断中的应用价值，本文结合实际采用回顾性分析法对本院收治的58例经手术病理证实的眼部淋巴瘤患者的影像资料及临床资料进行分析，从而得出结论：眼部淋巴瘤在MRI上具有一定的信号特点，且MRI可清楚地显示病变范围及其与邻近结构的关系，对该病术前定位及指导临床制定相应的治疗措施有着重要意义。

In order to investigate the application value of MRI in diagnosis of orbital lymphoma in this paper,combined with the actual by retrospective analysis of 58 cases admitted to our hospital image data for patients with lymphoma proved by operation and pathology and clinical data analysis,thus draws the conclusion:ocular lymphoma has certain characteristics of the signal in the MRI,and the MRI can clearly show thelesion and its relationship with adjacent structures,is of great signiifcanceto formulate the corresponding treatment measures for preoperative localization and guidance of clinical treatment of the disease.
