偏心轴是完成曲柄摇杆机构的另一种形式,在我们的结构设计中经常在颚式破碎和其他一些进行复摆运动的机构中用到。应用十分广泛,但是由于其形状结构特殊,使得轴局部受力不均匀,这让生产制造很是受限。所以凭借有限元分析技术对偏心轴的受力进行系统分析,找出其最容易受损的部位和受力面,从而可以对轴进行校核改进。
偏心軸是完成麯柄搖桿機構的另一種形式,在我們的結構設計中經常在顎式破碎和其他一些進行複襬運動的機構中用到。應用十分廣汎,但是由于其形狀結構特殊,使得軸跼部受力不均勻,這讓生產製造很是受限。所以憑藉有限元分析技術對偏心軸的受力進行繫統分析,找齣其最容易受損的部位和受力麵,從而可以對軸進行校覈改進。

The eccentric shaft is another form used to finish crank rocker mechanism, it is often applied during structure design for machinery which performs compound pendulum jaw breaking and some other compound pendulum movement . It is widely applied , but due to its special shape and structure,some part of the shaft is loaded unevenly, which constrains manufacturing . So based on finite element analysis on the stress of the eccentric shaft system , this paper tried to find out the site of the most vulnerable and the bearing surface,so as to rectify and improve the shaft.
